Fest co-founder Susie Winfield said, “We went back and forth on, ‘Do we even call this a festival? Is the concept of a festival that there are multiple things happening at the same time, at different places?’ We said, ‘You know what? It is a festival. It’s a full day.'”

Comedian Patton Oswalt Reveals Wife’s Cause of Death

Patton Oswalt–best known for his comedy in projects like “Seinfeld” and “Ratatouille”–has been open and honest when it comes to the passing of his 46-year-old wife, which occurred in her sleep in late April of last year.

His wife, Michelle McNamara, was a true crime author. She’d been working on finding the “Golden State Killer,” who notoriously murdered dozens of people in the 70s and 80s. She believed she was finally closing in on the killer and was exhausted from searching day and night.
