‘American Horror Story’ SDCC merch reveals ‘1984’ location

American Horror Story fans are going to want to check out the brand new merch the show just debuted at San Diego Comic-Con. 

The cast of the show was just revealed last week, with a few shocking changes.

After confirmation of two cast members who would not be in American Horror Story: 1984, creator Ryan Murphy is finally shining a light on who will be in the upcoming season.

With season 9 filming underway, Murphy took to Instagram to share a first look at the cast.

“To celebrate the first day of filming the NINTH Season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY, here’s the official 1984 cast announcement along with some amazing 80s lewks. Enjoy!” he wrote.

Rosario: New book on mass killers is a disturbing eye opener

There’s the 15-year-old Oregon boy who hid explosives under his bed in fear of a Chinese invasion and wrote the following moments after killing his parents and one day before he killed two students and wounded 25 others at his school in 1998:

Location Managers Guild International Awards Nominees – Below the Line

LMGI.logoNominees for the 6th Annual Location Managers Guild International (LMGI) Awards have been announced by LMGI President Mike Fantasia. The awards honor the outstanding and creative visual contributions by location professionals and film commissions in film, television and commercials from around the globe.

With the change in date of this year’s LMGI Awards from April to September, the 6th Annual LMGI Awards timeline has an 18-month calendar of eligibility. Productions that were first released between January 1, 2018 and May 31, 2019 are eligible. Winners will be revealed during the formal ceremony on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica.

‘Game of Thrones,’ ‘Chernobyl’ Among 2019 Location Managers Guild Nominees

Crazy Rich Asians, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, Roma, Chernobyl and Game of Thrones are among the nominees for the sixth annual Location Managers Guild International Awards, which were announced Thursday morning.

In addition to nominees for feature films, TV and commercials, film commissions from Buffalo/Niagara, New York; Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; Humboldt County, California; New South Wales; and New Zealand are contenders for the guild’s award for outstanding film commission.

Winners will be announced at a Sept. 21 ceremony at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica.
